Taking the time to build others around you up is a big key to developing relationships over the long run. When the people around you do well let them know. Many people these days don't feel appreciated for what they do in day to day life. When you encourage and give high praise they will want to help you more naturally since you took the time to show they are important. Feeling wanted and of higher value makes them want to do and be more. We all need this from time to time.
