I recently was in a situation with my vehicle. I purchased the wrong parts for my vehicle and spent four hours on it to attempt in fixing it. Then, realized the parts I had purchased were the wrong ones. The next day, I called around to find a place to get my vehicle in. The majority couldn't get me in until next week. You never know if this could get you stranded. I acted fast and found a place to have my vehicle fixed. As soon as I established an appointment, the stress level diminshed a lot.
What this all boils down to is observe your clientsand understand they need assistsance.Filling in the gap is where you will shine.Relieving stress with your clients is a positive and one less thing to stress about. The question is, How can you fill in the gap where your clients? This applies to all industry to every business from person to person.
