If you aren't getting done with the things you need to be, reset your time. Getting up earlier brings a different mindset. You will have more energy in the morning then you will normally after a long day of work. Set a to do list for no more then 7 days. It will be on your mind as in the importance now instead of getting so far ahead of yourself, you don't move in the way you need to. I have recently started to get up earlier to get things done instead of sleeping in. Getting things done is very important to long term satisfaction over all. Seeing what you have accomplished visually is an encouragement to push forward and do more.
